Von der SBZ zur DDR Rein äußerlich stand der Neuanfang zwar auch in der Sowjetischen Besatzungszone (SBZ) im Zeichen der „Demokratisierung“, und manchen mochte es überraschen, daß hier sogar früher als in den Westzonen, nämlich schon im Sommer 1945, die Neugründung politischer Parteien gestattet wurde.
